We are seeking a dedicated Law Student Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in corporate law, contract management, and renewable energy regulations. If you’re passionate about law and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Support legal research on regulatory and compliance issues related to renewable energy.
• Help with corporate governance tasks, such as preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records.
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to address day-to-day legal matters.
• Conduct research on evolving legal trends and best practices in the renewable energy sector.
• Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LLB or JD).
• Strong understanding of legal principles and excellent legal research skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about corporate law and renewable energy.
